Giving Thanks in Sonoma County

It was an incredible weekend preparing 5,500 Thanksgiving meals for families in Sonoma County in cooperation with Redwood Gospel, Salvation Army of Santa Rosa, and Sonoma County Fire District who helped make sure these families had a home cooked Thanksgiving meal.

The meal included turkey which was donated from our incredible supporters including the National Turkey Federation, Tyson Foods and American Butcher Store who donated to our programs. The meal also included fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and homemade rolls to complete the perfect meal. We had some generous community partners with additional donations including Birite Food Service, US Foods, Franco American Bakery, Workday, Frieghtliner trucks, Chefs House Rentals Operation BBQ Relief, Camp Chef, ThermoPro, Ole Hickory Pits, Kicker Audio, and Chef Works. Of course we could not have done this without our volunteers and an incredible dream team of Chefs who came out to prepare, cook and package all these meals. Big shout out to Hunter Fieri, Duskie Estes, Domenica Catelli, Crista Luedtke, John Stewart, and the Knuckle Sandwich culinary team led by Chef Cesar Orozco. To make the meals extra special, our Founder, Guy Fieri, signed each and every meal pan wishing each family a Happy Holiday!
