LA Fires Disaster Relief Deployment

This January we spent 10 days in support of the first responders battling the LA Fires where we served over 25,000 thousand of first responders at a basecamp in Malibu, many of whom have been tirelessly battling the LA fires while facing the heartbreaking loss of their own homes. Amid stories of immense loss and devastation across the city, we’ve also witnessed incredible resilience—a community coming together to support one another despite overwhelming challenges.

At the Guy Fieri Foundation, we are proud to live out one of the core pillars of our mission: supporting first responders, military personnel, and veterans during natural disasters and year-round through food and gratitude. Each evening, as these brave individuals came off the front lines, it was our honor to serve them a hot, home-cooked meal. Knowing that we could bring even a small measure of comfort and joy through food means everything to us.

This work would not have been possible without the incredible dedication of our chef friends, sponsors, volunteers, and the members of this community who stepped up to give back.
