Fortuna HS Culinary Fundraiser

We are excited to a part of putting on a fundraiser for the Fortuna High School Culinary Arts Culinary Club and the Boys Fortuna High School Boys Basketball Program

We worked with the Culinary program to create the menu and teach the students the process of prepping, cooking and serving a lunch for donors. The Basketball Program helped raise addtional funds by promoting the event and ticket sales.

It was a sunny day in Fortuna on campus where we served over 150 guests and raised close to $20,000.00 for both programs. The students interacted with our Founder, Guy Fieri and our culinary team to teach them the art of prepping the meal and making special items for our VIP donors including making sushi, and a very special brownie dessert. The guest were satisfied and enjoyed the interaction with the students and our team. Big thanks to Norm Sotomayer, Chef Stacy Chatfield, the Principal and staff at Fortuna HS, and our community partners including Robb Foley with Sysco Foods and Lori Cook for her amazing charcutier boards from Cooks BBQ and Catering.
